T2C-Global personnel are technical and operations Subject Matter Experts (SME) in developing policies, strategy, regulations, procedures and plans supporting exercise and training programs. T2C-Global personnel routinely interact with senior leadership and their appointed representatives from within the Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, the Interagency, Intelligence Community and Partner Nation Governments.
